All our parcels are dispatched the same day for orders placed before 12 noon (for all items notified as being in stock, excluding orders placed on weekends and public holidays).

Relay point delivery
Miss-monoi.com gives you the option of choosing delivery to a relay point. This type of delivery allows you to collect your parcel from one of the many retailers in the partner network. You will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and email, with a pick-up time of 7 working days. Delivery to a relay point is offered as standard. Simply select a retailer from the list, and enter your zip code.
Please note that standard delivery is now available from €49 onwards, all year round.
Some retailers are also open at weekends and/or closed on Mondays. Please check the list of opening times. Please note that your parcel will be kept for 7 working days from the date of receipt at the relay point. After this period, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. The retailer will ask for proof of identity in the buyer's name.
Package tracking
All our shipments are accompanied by a tracking number. Once we have prepared and dispatched your parcel, Miss-monoi.com sends you an email with a tracking number link, enabling you to follow the various stages of your parcel's delivery. By clicking on this link, you will be redirected to the website of the carrier you have chosen and will be able to see where your parcel is in its various stages of delivery.
DOM/COM and International delivery
For international deliveries, we propose quality carriers such as DHL or Chronospot. Delivery by La Poste Colissimo is also available, depending on destination.
Shipping costs vary according to the weight and volume of your parcel.
Shipping costs are estimated in your shopping cart and will also be indicated when you choose your carrier.
Please note that delivery times vary according to the carrier chosen and the country of destination.
The price of items for shipment to countries outside the EU zone is indicated exclusive of tax. For orders placed on Miss Monoï and delivered to a country outside the EU zone, possible taxes and customs duties may be imposed upon receipt of your package. These customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt of the parcel.
We also inform our customers that international deliveries may be subject to inspection and opening by customs authorities.
