I can no longer access my account.

If you created your account before June 10, 2021, it is now lost... You need to recreate an account on the store.

I can't find my old orders

The data was burnt in the fire at the OVH Strasbourg datacenter and unfortunately cannot be retrieved. If you need an invoice, please send us your order confirmation by e-mail to contact@miss-monoi.com with the subject "Invoice request". We'll do what's necessary and get back to you.

I can't find the product I ordered on the website

We have been unable to retrieve certain products and new items, but they will gradually be put online in the coming weeks.
