All is ok
Sign the delivery note.
We use suitable, high-quality packaging materials. Our logistics team takes great care in preparing and packing orders.

If, despite all the precautions taken, your order arrives damaged, it is imperative to follow the procedure below.

Article manquant
One item is missing

Accept or refuse delivery and note "missing item" on the delivery note.

Article cassé
An item is broken

Accept or refuse delivery and make a note of the damage on the delivery note.

Carton endommagé
Carton damaged on the outside

Note on the packing slip that the packaging is damaged, torn or open. Check the goods and clearly record any damage to the product and inform us immediately by e-mail or telephone.

Important

Always keep the packaging in case of a dispute.
