USE :

Massage: Take a small amount of oil in the palm of your hand and massage gently until the oil is completely absorbed into the skin. It can be used on its own, or as a complement to a waxy cream base or essential oils. A spray is sufficient. You can repeat this operation several times a day whenever your skin needs it.
