The term "Monoï" can be translated as "sacred oil", and Polynesians use it from an early age as a true beauty secret, associating it with all their ceremonies and rites.
Obtained from the maceration of fresh Tiaré flowers in a fine coconut oil, Tahitian Monoi is a precious oil par excellence, suitable for both body and hair.
It has been the most widely used oil by Polynesians since the dawn of time. This oil is a "must-have" in the body and hair care sector. This traditional beauty secret, a gift from nature, can be used to care for your whole body. From hair care to skin care, the benefits of this oil are manifold.
Its unmistakable fragrance evokes vacations and the warm, sandy beaches of the beautiful Polynesian islands. Let yourself be transported by its delicious fragrances.
USE :
Massage: Often used for massages, it is the ultimate relaxing oil. Monoï lets you unwind completely for a moment of pure pleasure!
As an after-sun treatment: Its naturally nourishing action prevents your skin from becoming detached in the event of sunburn. Monoï rehydrates your skin after it has been subjected to the dryness of the sun and the salt of the sea.
Skin care: Monoï has an immediate and long-lasting moisturizing action on the superficial layers of your skin. To take full advantage of its properties, apply it directly to slightly damp skin after a shower. Your skin will immediately feel silky soft and moisturized.
Hair care: Ideal for dry hair, it softens and regenerates. Your hair will be stronger and shinier. Hair scales are tightened, reducing frizz and sheathing your hair. For dry hair, we recommend weekly use. Simply apply a dab of oil to dry lengths and ends for 30 minutes to 2 hours. If necessary, shampoo to remove excess oil.
TIKI:
Created in 1940s Tahiti by Gustave Langy, the Tiki brand is the realization of a dream: to be able to offer the best monoï, combining the freshness and subtlety of traditional recipes. The delicate nuances of monoï prepared by his mother lulled his childhood, and it was precisely these fragrances that he wanted to offer the world. After studying different ways of reproducing the monoï he has always wanted to market, he succeeds by combining ancestral know-how and modern techniques to obtain a prodigiously silky monoï.
CAUTION:
Some people use monoï as a tanning gas pedal, but this product is devoid of sun filters and therefore does not protect against UVA and UVB rays. We therefore advise you to use a sun care product with a protection factor adapted to your skin type. You can consult a doctor for a diagnosis of your skin type.
Exposure to the sun during the hot hours is not recommended, especially for children and pregnant women. Monoï is for external use only.
